Follow the link below and send your message to congress and tell them preserve Arctic waters!HELP KEEP THE POLAR BEAR SEAS FOR POLAR BEARS, NOT POLLUTERS!
The Obama Administration has proposed a 5-Year Offshore Drilling Program that would open up both of Alaska’s Polar Bear Seas — the Chukchi and the Beaufort — to oil development. Tell the U.S. Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, which manages the program, to put the Polar Bear Seas off-limits to the oil giants.

"Antarctica 2041" by Robert Swan

You can read the exact documentation of the Antarctic Treaty here ---> http://www.antarctica.ac.uk/about_antarctica/geopolitical/treaty/update_1991.php
